Vinay has more than a decade of direct interaction and integration experience with over four major mobile OEMs across the globe and brings to table his wide array of technical excellence and engineering feats.

Vinay is a co-founder of PathPartner.

Since 2001, Vinay worked for Emuzed (a California based organization that pioneerd in Mobile multimedia IPs & solutions and was acquired by Flextronics International in 2005), where he was involved in various stages of development cycle, customer interaction, pre & post sales support, people management and career planning, participation in standardization forums [MPEG, OPENMAX], engineering process definition and execution cycles [CMMi-4].

His interest spans over various fields including speech recognition, speaker normalization, audio compression, speech coding, synthetic music synthesis, audio post processing, video decoding optimization, embedded multimedia driver sub-systems. During 1999-2000, he served as a faculty at IIT Kanpur FASCET, for teaching C++ to under graduate students from various institutes.

Vinay has over 7 technical papers published in various international conferences to his credit.

Vinay received his B.E. degree in Electronics and Communications from National Institute of Engineering, University of Mysore, India in 1998 & his M.Tech degree in Signal Processing from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, India.
