1.	BE/BTech/ME/MTech in ECE, EEE with DSP as one of the courses with good academic background.
2.	1 - 4 years of relevant experience in developing /optimizing multimedia codecs on DSP/RISC platforms
3.	Thorough knowledge on DSP-processor architectures and programming paradigms
4.	Good C-programming skills with emphasis on embedded-C programming
5.	Exposure to fixed point C-arithmetic, large memory handling algorithms is a plus

1.	BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MCA in Comp Sc./ Informations Tech. / Information Sc. with good academic background.
2.	1 - 4 years of relevant experience in any of the following areas: Multimedia Frameworks (such as: DirectShow, MMF, MDF, GStreamer, propriety media frameworks, OpenMax), Protocols / Standards (Such as: DTV, DVB, H.324M, SIP etc), UI frameworks (such as: MFC, Windows SDK, UIQ, Series 60, QTopia etc), Device Driver development / OS Baseport, Multimedia codecs integration on systems
3.	Should have working experience in one of more of the following Operating Systems: Windows CE/ Windows Mobile, Linux, Symbian, Nucleus+ or other related RTOS
4.	Good C-programming skills with emphasis on embedded-C programming
5.	Good Exposure to Programming for Resource Constrained Embedded Devices
