Ramkishor has more than a decade of experience in embedded multimedia technologies and solutions used in wireless & consumer electronics industry. His experience extends across multimedia technology and solutions development on varied media architectures, engineering, team building & mentorship, product management, technical marketing, partnership management and business development. In the present role, he is responsible for marketing, business development, partnership management, sales functions within the company.

Ramkishor is a co-founder and a member of PathPartner Board of Directors.

Prior to PathPartner, as a member of core team, Ramkishor played a key role in building the successful embedded multimedia technology & solutions venture, Emuzed, from start up to acquisition. As Sr. Technology Manager for Video Technologies, he groomed and guided a strong video & imaging technology team, which pioneered development of several best-in-class software IP for image, video codecs and algorithms, which has been licensed to several leading mobile handset and consumer electronics OEMs & ODMs across the globe. He also played key role in defining the strategy of the company, pre-sales and technical marketing initiatives of the company.

Prior to Emuzed, Ramkishor worked at Sasken Communication Technologies and grew from a DSP S/W Engineer to Senior Software Engineer. In these roles, his contributions ranged across research, design, development and optimal implementation of video codecs and algorithms on several media architectures. He won best employee of the quarter award in Sasken.

Ramkishor has published more than 20 papers in reputed journals & conferences and filed 7 patents in the areas of multimedia signal processing and efficient implementation of multimedia algorithms on media architectures.

Ramkishor holds a Masters of Engineering in Electrical Communication Engineering from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India and a Bachelors of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Andhra University of College of Engg., Visakhapatnam, India.
