Prasad RSV has more than 8 years of experience in multimedia technologies and media processor architectures for wireless device & consumer electronics industry. With his hands on experience in various areas of DSP (Video, Audio, Speech and Wireless communication), multiple DSP/Media processors & embedded software development and in-depth understanding of media device markets, Prasad brings in strong technical and managerial expertise to PathPartner.

Prasad is a co-founder of PathPartner.

Prior to PathPartner, as a member of core technical team, Prasad played a key role in building the successful embedded multimedia technology venture, Emuzed (acquired by Flextronics in 2005 and renamed as Aricent), where he was Engineering project manager for Video Technologies.

Prior to Emuzed, Prasad worked at Sasken Communication Technologies as DSP Design Engineer. In this role, his contributions ranged across design, development and optimal implementation of Audio & Speech codecs and algorithms on DSP & RISC architectures.

He has been awarded Young Engineering Fellowship in 1999 by Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, for his research contributions in the field of Computer networks.

Prasad has several international publications including IEEE transaction and conference proceedings on media signal processing technologies and two patents (filed) on video and image processing algorithms.

Prasad holds a Bachelors of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering as university topper from National Institute of Technology (formerly REC), Warangal, India.
